This class is a great foundation for students who want to begin making cheeses at home. We will guide you through the hands-on process of making Mozzarella, Ricotta, and Burrata from fresh milk. All supplies, materials, and tools will be provided. Students will leave with a pamphlet on cheesemaking, with recipes, sources, and instructions. Each student will take home some of the cheeses we make in class. Light refreshments will be provided.
